LCX-K201/-K210 frequency upgrade to 1 MHz/10 MHz. The LCX200 LCR meter has more powerful analysis hardware than the LCX100. In addition to DC, the LCX200 base unit offers a frequency bandwidth of 4 Hz to 500 kHz. Depending on the measurement requirements, the LCX-K201 option can be added on the instrument at any time to extend the bandwidth to 1 MHz. Alternatively, the LCX-K210 option is available to extend the bandwidth to 10 MHz. Both options are keycodes, which can be installed on the LCX200 at any time; no hardware modification or additional calibration is required.
