The R&S RT-ZH11 is a 400 MHz Passive High-Voltage Probe with an attenuation of 1000:1. The probe can be adjusted for low frequency (LF) compensation and for high frequency (HF) compensation and DC dividing ratio. The probe is designed for RMS voltages up to 1000 V (CAT II) and - when used exclusively for pulse measurements - for peak voltages up to 6000 V (CAT I).
