The Keysight EXR254A is a four-channel mixed-signal oscilloscope designed for engineers developing next-generation electronics, embedded systems, high-speed digital interfaces and RF applications. With 2.5 GHz bandwidth, a 16 GSa/s sample rate and 100 Mpts of memory per channel, the EXR254A delivers exceptional signal visibility and measurement accuracy for even the most demanding test environments.
Part of the Infiniium EXR-Series, the EXR254A combines the functionality of seven instruments in a single platform, including an oscilloscope, logic analyser, arbitrary waveform generator, frequency response analyser, protocol analyser, voltmeter and counter. Its powerful architecture, featuring a 10-bit ADC and advanced low-noise front end, provides up to four times greater vertical resolution than conventional 8-bit oscilloscopes.
