The TA532 is a 1.8-meter USB Type-C to Type-C cable, purpose-built for use with the PicoScope 3000E Series oscilloscopes. It incorporates 20-AWG conductors to ensure low resistance, which helps minimize voltage drops—especially when connected to lower-quality USB ports on some computers. This design also enhances signal integrity by reducing electrical noise that can result from poor grounding or inadequate shielding in lesser cables.
Additionally, one end of the cable includes a retention screw that securely fastens it to the USB Type-C port on the back of the PicoScope 3000E, ensuring a stable and reliable connection.
