Backorder Items and Multiple Shipments
In some instances, we will ship your order in multiple shipments. This may happen if one or more of the items in your order is backordered, or is available in separate warehouses.
Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer and therefore may arrive separately from the remainder of your order.
Shipping Hazardous Materials
Some items have limited shipping options and those will be reflected at checkout. You’ll also see the shipping restrictions on the product detail page.
All orders for in-stock products, shipping via our preferred carrier, FedEx, and requiring no special handling requirements, will ship the same day if placed by 2p.m. Monday - Friday (except holidays).
TestEquity observes the following UK holidays and does not process or ship orders on these days:
- Bank Holidays
- Christmas Day
- New Years Day
Shipment Didn't Arrive or is Damaged
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Although TestEquity takes every reasonable precautions to assure the safe arrival of your shipment, accidents or problems occasionally occur. All claims must be made within ten days of date of shipment. If there is a problem, please notify the carrier immediately.

Our primary carriers are DHL and DELSOL.
All items purchased from TestEquity are shipped FOB origin. This means that the title and risk of loss for all items pass to you at the moment we deliver them to the carrier. As the owner of these goods, you must file any claim on freight which is lost or damaged en route to the destination. Questions related to actual freight charges should be directed to a Customer Support Representative. Overweight, oversized or hazardous items will be subject to carrier surcharges or add-on fees.
A small number of products are not available for shipment overseas, while others may be available at a higher price. Contact International Sales for more information.

We charge a shipping amount based on the items you are ordering, where they are shipping to, and the shipping method. You'll able to view these rates are after you have provided a shipping address when checking out.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order by visiting “My Account.” Choose “Order History,” then filter by a date range if necessary, to find your order. Click on the order number to show the order details. If any of your items were shipped through a traceable carrier, a Track Shipment button will appear.
