The TCP0150 is a high-performance, easy-to-use 150 A AC/DC current probe designed for direct connection via the TekVPI™ probe interface.

Applications include: Power supplies, semiconductor devices, power inverter/converters, electronic ballasts, industrial/consumer electronics, motor drives, and transportation systems.

This AC/DC current measurement probe provides 20 MHz of bandwidth with selectable 25 A and 150 A measurement ranges. It delivers accurate low-current measurement down to 5 mA per division, enabling a broad dynamic range across high- and low-level current signals.
