The Testec TT-HF 612RA is a high-frequency 2.5mm passive oscilloscope probe designed for precision measurements in demanding environments. It features a 10:1 attenuation ratio, an input impedance of 10 MΩ, and an input capacitance of 10 pF, which ensures minimal loading on the circuit under test. With a bandwidth of 500 MHz and a rise time of less than 0.7 ns, it is well-suited for capturing fast signal transitions accurately.

The probe supports a compensation range of 10–20 pF and includes a 1.3-meter cable for flexible connectivity. It can handle maximum input voltages of 500 Vrms (CAT I) and 400 Vrms (CAT II), with transient overvoltage protection up to 1500 V.
