Upgraded Frequency Range from 9kHz - 3GHz, enabling spectral analysis (Option for MDO3000 Series). The Tektronix MDO3SA is an option for the MDO3000 Series: Increase the spectrum analyzer frequency range to 9 kHz to 3 GHz and the acquisition bandwidth to 3 GHz. The upgrade is permanent for any model and is activated by an once used application module hardware key, the key is after activation of the function no more necessary.
