High Voltage Differential Probe 100MHz, 100X / 1000X. The Tektronix THDP0100 is a High Voltage Differential Probe. It offers a large differential dynamic range and allows safe measurements up to +/- 6000 V, supports bandwidths up to 100 MHz and edge steepness up to 2500 V/ns at gain of 1/1000. This probe is equipped with hook points in two sizes and has a visual and audibel overload warning system (leaving the linear range of the probe). It has a TekVPI interface for communication with oscilloscopes, a menu key for using the oscilloscope display and is designed for use with TekVPI oscilloscopes without TPA-BNC-Adapter.
